This Talent Search Privacy Notice supplements the Regami Solutions Candidate Privacy Notice and explains how Regami Solutions collects and uses your personal information in connection with its careers website and ATS.
We collect personal information from you directly when you apply for a job through our careers website, sign up to join our Talent Community or Alumni Portal, or subscribe to receive job alerts and other recruitment-related communications from Regami Solutions. We may also collect personal information about you from publicly available professional platforms, such as LinkedIn.
We use your personal information to create and maintain a candidate profile within our ATS for recruitment and hiring purposes.
Regami Solutions may use tools that integrate with LinkedIn to identify, manage, and communicate with candidates more efficiently. If you have a LinkedIn profile, we may import publicly available profile data (such as name, job title, employer, location, education, skills, and contact details) into our ATS. If you choose to join our Talent Community or subscribe to job alerts and recruitment updates, we may use automated processing tools within our ATS to identify suitable opportunities, campaigns, or events for you. These tools use algorithms and machine-learning technologies to match your profile information with open roles and recruitment initiatives based on factors such as job title, skills, experience, and industry.

If you are located in India and apply for a role in India, Regami Solutions may use automated processing tools within its ATS to assist in evaluating your job application. These tools compare the information you provide with the role’s requirements and qualifications to assess suitability and generate a relative ranking.
The assessment may consider factors such as job title, skills, work experience, and industry background, which may vary by role. The resulting rankings are used by our recruitment team to prioritize application reviews. Higher-ranking applications may proceed to subsequent stages of the recruitment process, while other applications may be considered for alternative suitable roles, subject to your consent.
